Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all SARAZARA tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, mint condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
